How PANGA handles account data

This page describes the data flows currently represented by the PANGA application so users can understand what the product stores and why.

Information you provide

PANGA can store account identity, profile information, posts, comments, community memberships, marketplace listings, event responses, saved items, and uploaded media that you choose to provide.

Private messages and attachments are stored so conversations can persist across sessions.

Who can access records

Private message records are scoped to the sender and recipient. Personal preference and saved-item records are scoped to the signed-in user. Public social content can be visible to other signed-in members according to its visibility setting.

Administrators and the underlying platform may require access where necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or maintain the service.

Uploads and AI

Files you upload are transferred through PANGA’s application infrastructure and storage services. Content submitted to PANGA AI may be processed by the configured AI service in order to produce a response.

Do not submit information to AI features that you are not comfortable having processed for that request.

Your choices

Profile details can be edited from your profile. Saved content can be removed, memberships can be left, and supported account preferences can be changed from Settings.

Additional deletion or export controls should be reviewed before a full public production launch.

PANGA should review these product-information pages with qualified legal or privacy counsel before relying on them as formal production policies.
